Contact from me will be from a Gmail address and will only come if you have opted into my emails (in which case they will come from a Shopify associated email, and very rarely) or have ordered from me.

All the same Skrunks are available through Etsy for convenient and compliant international shipping, including custom work!

For ready-to-ship items, I do my best to ship within two days after the order is placed. If there is a delay, I will let you know by email.

For custom-made or made to order skrunks, your order should be shipped within 2 months. This longer processing time helps me to keep my prices relatively low! I am always happy to discuss when you will need your order. While I am sometimes able to accomodate a rush order based on my current queue, I do not take extra payment to rush an order and my ability to do so is up to my discretion.

The answer is probably yes! I can and would love the opportunity to make most animals, whether insects, mammals, birds or reptiles and beyond - with one exception.

I am not currently able to make holographic or iridescent shells for certain insects. Wool does not adapt well to a multicolor or iridescent color scheme, and I have never been satisfied with the results of my attempts.
